Medical & Safety Disclaimer
What QuezBridge is, what it is not, and what to do in an emergency. Read this first.

1. In an emergency
If you or someone else may be in danger, or is thinking about self-harm or suicide, do not use this platform for help. In the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line), or call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Outside the U.S., contact your local emergency number.
2. Not medical advice; not a medical device
QuezBridge provides tools that support licensed clinicians and, at a clinician’s direction, offers between-session skills practice and reflection to their clients. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional evaluation, therapy, or emergency care.
The Services are intended as adjunctive, wellness- and skills-oriented support and clinician decision-support. They are not intended to be a medical device, and nothing in the Services should be read as a clinical determination made by the software.
3. Your clinician is in control
Patient-facing features are enabled by a client’s own licensed clinician, who directs how they are used and remains responsible for the client’s care. AI-generated suggestions are informational and are reviewed by the clinician; they do not replace professional judgment.
4. How the platform handles crisis signals
The patient companion is designed to recognize indications of crisis or self-harm and to respond deterministically — pausing ordinary interaction and surfacing crisis resources and the direction to seek immediate human help — rather than attempting to manage a crisis itself. This is a safety design, not a guarantee; it cannot detect every situation, and it is not monitored in real time by a person.
5. No reliance for urgent needs
Do not rely on the Services for urgent, emergency, or time-sensitive needs. Messages and features may be delayed or unavailable, and no one is guaranteed to see what you enter in time to help.
