Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to all use of QuezBridge. It exists to keep the Services safe, lawful, and effective for clinicians and their clients.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not:

• Use the Services in violation of any law, regulation, or professional or ethical obligation, or without the licenses and consents your practice requires.
• Use the Services to provide emergency, crisis, or life-safety response, or represent to any person that the Services do so.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or connected systems, or probe, scan, or test security without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, or introduce malware or harmful code.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Services, or use them to build a competing product.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or use another’s health information without a lawful basis and required consent.
• Misrepresent your identity, licensure, or authority.

3. Clinician responsibilities

• You are responsible for obtaining the informed consent your clients require before enabling any patient-facing feature for them.
• You are responsible for the clinical appropriateness of how you use the Services for each client, and for reviewing anything you sign or submit.
• You must ensure any staff you authorize use the Services in compliance with this policy.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the Services, other users, or the public, or to comply with law. We may report unlawful activity to authorities.
