Privacy Policy
What information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Protected health information is governed separately by our HIPAA & Business Associate terms.

1. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how QMM, Inc. (doing business as QuezBridge, "we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through the QuezBridge marketing website and when you contact us or request access to the platform.
QuezBridge is a business-to-business platform for licensed clinicians. When a clinician uses the platform to deliver care, any protected health information ("PHI") is handled under our HIPAA & Business Associate terms and the Business Associate Agreement between us and that clinician's practice — not under this website policy. This policy governs the public marketing site and business inquiries only.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and practice details you submit through a form or inquiry — for example your name, work email, practice or organization name, licensure type, and the message you send us.
- Correspondence — the content of emails and messages you send, and our replies.
Information collected automatically
- Basic device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and interaction events — collected to operate, secure, and improve the site.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie & Tracking Notice. You control non-essential cookies.
We do not ask for, and you should never submit, patient names or any health information through this public website. Product data — including anything about a clinician's clients — lives inside the platform under separate, HIPAA-aligned safeguards.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, provide information you request, and communicate about the platform.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website and our services.
- To send business communications you have asked for, and — where permitted — occasional updates you can opt out of at any time.
- To comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use any patient or client health data for advertising, and our marketing analytics are limited to business audiences — see the Cookie & Tracking Notice.
4. Legal bases and your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. This includes rights under U.S. state privacy laws (such as those in California, Virginia, Colorado, and others) and, where applicable, comparable frameworks.
To exercise a right, email privacy@quezbridge.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. You may appeal a decision by replying to our response.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. How we protect information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, and monitoring. Our overall program is described in the Security & Compliance page. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
This website is intended for clinicians and other business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site. Any use of the platform by a minor patient occurs only under a clinician’s direction and the consent framework that applies to that care.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "updated" date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
